Druid Tree Care is owned and operated by Mathew Cahill, an International Society
of Arboriculture Certified Arborist.
His vision is to provide tree care that improves and protects the environment.
Mathew received his Bachelor's of Science in Natural Resource Management
from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and
Forestry in 1998. He became a Certified Arborist in 2000 when he started working
for a NYC based non-profit, Trees New York, as the Assistant Director of Urban
Forestry. He continued working in non-profits from 2003-2006 in San Diego as
the Urban Forestry Program Manager for People for Trees. He now lives in Ann
Arbor, MI with his wife Clara, who is getting her PhD in Science Education.
